We are looking for an amazing FS8 instructor on a casual basis, with the potential to go part time or even full time for the right candidate, for our FS8 studio in Condell Park. We are seeking a positive and compassionate fitness professional, who is keen to engage with the wider community. Perfect for a past dancer or a personal trainer with an interest in Pilates, Barre & gymnastics.
FS8 combines Pilates (mat & reformer), low impact functional movements and yoga, into one never been done before fitness concept! If you have a passion for fitness and are qualified in either Reformer or Mat pilates, Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness with experience in Pilates preferred.
Each day brings a different workout, some of which incorporate whole-body movements that flow to elevate the heart rate and provide general fitness conditioning. Others will target specific body parts to increase strength and endurance of upper, lower and core muscles, and some aim to restore equilibrium within the body and mind for health and wellbeing.
