• Deliver Membership Net Gain Target
• Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training & Group Exercise strategies
• Drive retention strategy for the club
• Manage Profit & Loss of the club to deliver expected returns
• Manage company brand standards ensuring our clubs have the highest levels of service
• Good Analytics & Competitive
• Demonstrate the ability to influence & to drive high levels of performance w/ a proven track record of meeting business performance KPIs
• Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• 7-10 years of experience in club leadership position
