Hospitality: You will be a primary contributor to our customer service and creating an inviting environment for our Shredders. We create an atmosphere of Support, Commitment and Accountability. All Fitness Levels and Walks of Life are welcome and encouraged. Everyone is treated with Excellence, Care and Support when they walk through the doors at Shred415
Membership & Apparel Sales: From Lead Generation and New Shredder Visits to Membership, Upgrades, Class Pack and Retail Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales, ultimately changing lives. Membership Sales background is preferred given the nuances of Membership Sales vs. Traditional Sales.
Community: You will be a strong leader in extending the Shred415 Studio to the community and engaging with external partners
Studio Management: Assist with Everyday operations of the Alpharetta Studio. This includes Systems and Client Management, Custodial Excellence and Team Member Management.
