At Junction Fitness, we work to understand where you are in your fitness journey to help you get to where you’re trying to go. We offer a unique hybrid of CrossFit and X⁴ (HIIT), we blend two of the top fitness methodologies under one roof that allows us to meet our members wherever they are in fitness and bring them all together to be a part of our strong community.
At Junction Fitness, our vision is to provide the road map for fitness achievement. We work towards this ultimate goal by living out our core values daily, both within and outside the gym.
Our Way

Standards + Expectations
We are looking to hire an outstanding leader to join our fitness community to help us educate, motivate, and inspire our incredible members to be the very best versions of themselves. If your perfect day doesn’t involve coaching and impacting lives, then this job isn’t for you. To accomplish this and be able to provide a safe, fun, and effective training environment, we believe that a thoroughly prepared and qualified coach must:
Qualifications & Experience
CrossFit Coach: (Ability and experience with HIIT coaching a plus)
CrossFit Level 1 (CrossFit Level 2+ preferred)
Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certified
1+ years of CrossFit/group fitness instruction (2+ years preferred)
Additional fitness certifications and administrative experience highly desired
Nutrition experience desired but not required (must have some knowledge on clean eating to be able to help and guide members on success through nutrition)

Depending on experience, applicants may be required to participate in a multi-step interview and probationary period including meetings with the CEO and senior staff where they may be asked to participate in practical coaching evaluations, for example.
