Our fitness facility based in Mill Lane Business Park, Leixlip is continuing to grow and we are ready to find our next Fitness Coach (a role that we’ve created for a coach looking to not just coach classes and leave, but a role with expansion in mind for the coach, if they want!) Our club is for athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts alike and we are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing and approachable coach to join the small team here in CFL.

Coaching expectations will be set out through the interview and onboarding process, it’s important to us that you understand CFL’s core values and vision.
To help us best support our members and keep our member base growing and to deliver an effective service we would encourage a person who’s not afraid to fail, or have fun, who wants to see others succeed and understands the emotional wellbeing of people you are chatting to, to get in touch. We want to continue to positively impact the CFL community as much as possible and with the right person with the right attitude we know we can give more.
We do not sell the quick fix, we work on educating our clients and ensuring that they have the best chance to succeed in their fitness endeavours. We understand that fitness affects all parts of our lives inside & out. We have an inclusive environment that attracts and retains our members for long periods of time.
