Certification from another accredited agency plus relevant education

NOTE: Certification and education may be "in progress" with expected completion within six months
•
Experience in exercise programming (personal experience is acceptable)
•
Knowledge in exercise programming for the general population and for people in moderate-risk categories (i.e. obesity, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, post-rehabilitation, etc.)
•
Knowledge of fitness nutrition (i.e. macronutrients, caloric management, portion management, meal frequency, etc.)
•
Customer-service oriented and able to work effectively with a team to serve a diverse client population
•
Willingness to engage a developing social network by posting regular content using personal social media profiles and interacting with a brand presence on social media
•
Willingness to operate under and benefit from brand affiliation, specifically one cycling & fitness, to the exclusion of other fitness providers (does not preclude providing in-person training at a facility owned by another fitness provider)
•
Demonstrates and internalizes one cycling & fitness values: encouraging individual empowerment, success, social community, and unity in a family-friendly environment
•
Demonstrated success as a trainer in a fitness facility
•
Possesses a teachable spirit founded upon a growth mindset or is willing to challenge oneself to adhere to such mentality

Possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
•
Programs shall be founded upon exercise programming, nutrition guidance, and personal accountability and shall involve mindset coaching
•
Coaches shall identify and market to an ideal client demographic/psychographic of their choosing and begin to apply the principles taught in the curriculum while continuing the course training, building their online network and, ultimately, their sales funnel and client base
•
Coaches shall determine workload goals and operate on a flexible schedule, part-time or full-time as desired, provided that client fulfillment is maintained in a timely, effective, and prioritized manner
•
Coaches may work remotely from anywhere in the world
•
The ideal contractor will be familiar with the use of popular social media outlets, maintain a personal profile therein, and be open to engaging on that platform while providing content of technical value and personal affinity to their ideal fitness client while undergoing a course of study that will make you a better influencer
•
Undertake a 12-module course of study that focuses on coaching fundamentals, client identification, social media marketing, connection-based sales, and client onboarding, fulfillment, and retention
•
Simultaneously leverage social media to engage, influence, and build client prospect population
•
Develop and implement individualized fitness transformation programs using software and video conferencing tools provided by one cycling & fitness or those available free on the internet
•
Conduct video conferencing calls related to prospect rapport building, strategy consultations, sales, and referrals
•
Identify needs based on health factor analysis, capabilities and physical challenges, personal goals/objectives, and equipment available to the client
•
Utilize software, onboarding, and client fulfillment strategies provided by one cycling & fitness procedures
•
Modify client fitness program as necessary based on feedback provided by the client through a branded fitness program delivery app
•
Maintain a consistent dialogue with clients through a patterned check-in system using online forms, video conferencing, and voice/messaging apps
•
It will require effort, persistence, and diligence to grow your roster and become a successful coach that competes in the elite market
Benefits
•
This type of training is marketed to individual coaches for up to $10,000, but one cycling & fitness will provide it to you as part of your contract

50-60% of gross revenue derived from ELITE FITNESS COACHING OFFERINGS* (est. $30-92K/year depending on personal objectives, commitment, and application of curriculum knowledge)

Bonuses may apply for cross-marketed offerings purchased by clients
•
one cycling & fitness pays for all software systems, marketing, branding, sales taxes, and elite coaching training

The income potential range of $30,000 to $92,000/year (depending on Coach's personal objectives and commitment) is based upon a client load of 7-22, a sales close rate of 50%, a churn rate of 17%, and a weekly work commitment of 21-49 hours
