StretchLab is seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated Sales Associate that is fitness minded and has a love for community and for our brand at our brand new studio located in San Clemente, CA.

The Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales as well the retention of current members. The Sales Associate provides superior customer service while assisting new and current members, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong StretchLab community. The Sales Associate also assists with studio cleanliness.

DUTIES

• Maintain and grow the studio with current and new clients
• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close

• Oversee and manage a staff of 4-8 when General Manager is not present
• Book and confirm intro classes
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of retail experience desired
