Creating personalized workout routines with styles of training such as:
Bootcamp
HITT
Circuit Training
Weight Lifting
Boxing
Kickboxing
Dance
Zumba
Step Aerobics
-Instructing clients to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout
-Motivating clients during fitness classes
Skills needed: Background in fitness and sports, basic knowledge of human anatomy
Qualities: Good personality, approachable, passion for fitness, loves people
Education: High School Diploma
Certification: (Not needed but recommended) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or degree in Kinesiology or equivalent degree
Hourly Salary Range: $15-$50 per hour
