Kari Pearce’s PowerAbs Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting all marketing efforts across the brand while driving and implementing the day-to-day operational workflows and operations.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized Marketing professional looking to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You will act as the right hand for the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations.
You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our marketing initiatives, activities, and campaigns company-wide. This will include digital marketing, social media communications, and customer relations.
We are looking for a detail oriented, self-starter who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate jumps at the opportunity to take the initiative for projects and will have exceptional
interpersonal and project management skills.
This is a remote role, working on East Coast time beginning at 08:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the VP of Marketing and Operations in managing integrated marketing campaigns offline and online across departments and teams.

Assist with Content Marketing

Assist with Digital advertising especially implementation and coordination of creative assets

Social Media marketing, primarily Instagram and Facebook

Coordinating with the Email and SMS team in list growth and optimization

Project Management skills coordinating multiple marketing campaigns

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Liaise across departments to guarantee planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities

Stay up to date with marketing trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market

Maintain awareness of best practice in D2C techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions

Ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and executed across departments

Edit, review, and QA all marketing materials, including emails, social posts, and landing pages
Essentials:

Comfortable managing multiple high visibility projects with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines

Best practices in direct-to-consumer marketing

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrable quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

A team player who can contribute both collaboratively in groups and autonomously

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in marketing automation technology and a willingness to learn new platforms.
