Represent yourself and Angel Oak CrossFit in a positive manner via good attitude, encouraging disposition, and professional appearance.
Review and understand programming for the week in advance and create your class plan.
Arrive 15 min before class to set up/prepare yourself and the space.
Represent the AOCF brand by wearing AOCF gear with neat and clean workout bottoms and shoes.
Live the AOCF vision by participating in fitness, sport, weightlifting, etc.
Foster and build positive relationships with all members.
Maintain adherence with gym rules and regulations for yourself and everyone else in the gym.
Maintain operation, cleanliness, and organization of the equipment and facility.
Calmly and competently respond to emergency situations.
Send weekly “Absent Member” check-in texts/emails.
Actively engage in professional development and continuing education.
