Bear Mountain Strength and Fitness is a results-driven strength and conditioning facility. We offer a variety of programs at our facility for all levels and we meet our clients based on what their needs are. Our program is designed to be scalable for all individuals, making it the perfect regimen for anyone, regardless of previous fitness experience. Our commitment as coaches is to provide our clients with the knowledge, skills and motivation to realize their fitness potential. We offer multiple programs for kids, teens, as well as specialty courses in Olympic lifting, strength cycles and boot camp classes.
