FRSC, North Aurora CrossFit is 5500+ square foot facility just off I-88 and Route 31.

FRSC was born January 3, 2017 with a formerly skinny retired triathlete who once had to take pain killers to sleep, a ballerina whose back used to be wrecked, and a former 300+ pounder. Each of us achieved our health goals and the creation of FRSC was the culmination of wanting to pay that joy of achievement and health forward. When we decided to open our doors, we began a journey towards our ultimate vision. Along the way, we’ve taken that vision from our heads and put it to paper. This is what FRSC believes in and what we are building and perfecting together. To develop a gym whose success is fueled by their joy and obsession in helping their membership achieve their individual goals in fitness and nutrition, while being their happy place.
