CrossFit Signal Mountain is the only family friendly CrossFit box around, we welcome children 6 and up to exercise with their parents as well as athletes of all ages and abilities. Our workouts are tailored to each person and all classes are coach lead where exercises are discussed and demonstrated. The athletes will then demonstrate the exercise before the workout begins so the coach can check your form to insure you are doing the exercises correct to prevent injury. Coaches are present throughout the entire class giving advice, encouragement and helping with form. We concentrate on functional fitness with exercises that use multiple joints at the same time.
