Established in 2015, BURGH Healthy Hub strives to provide the community with a one-stop shop to promote healthy living.

BURGH is the only 24 hour Gym facility in Helensburgh. We offer 20+ Group Fitness Classes weekly, Group and one on one Personal Training, Daily Creche. Burgh provides specialised kids programs such as parkour and circus, school holiday workshops and community events and competitions.
