Black Widow CrossFit believes in a supportive community focused on fitness in the Sterling and Ashburn communities. We offer group CrossFit classes, personal training, nutrition counseling, and yoga. Black Widow CrossFit helps our members meet their exercise goals to live a better quality of life.
Black Widow CrossFit improves its members’ fitness through constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity over broad time and modal domains. The workouts change daily and can be tailored for individual abilities. Functional movements support similar movements performed in everyday life, such as pushing, pulling, and lifting. These movements are performed at a high intensity to build strength and stamina over time. Similarly, Black Widow CrossFit provides nutrition counseling to help members eat a healthy diet that will support their overall fitness.
Black Widow CrossFit will offer classes at 45714 Oakbrook Ct, Unit 170, Sterling, VA for members at 5:00am, 6:00am, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm Mon-Fri; 8:30am Sat; and 10:00am Sun. CrossFit for Kids classes, a long-desired addition by CrossFit members, will be part of the schedule to help youth 5-15 years old remain active. Yoga is a core offering at Black Widow CrossFit with classes on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. Our complete schedule is available on our website.
