One on One Assisted Stretching Studio

StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training.  Our Flexologists have a bodywork certification prior to coming to StretchLab.  We have Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Yoga and Pilates Instructors to name a few.  Each of them brings their own experience to assist our members in their flexibility goals.  Increasing range of motion and maintaining flexibility is an integral part of overall health and fitness - that's why StretchLab exists and what everyone is talking about!
