Since June of 2013, CrossFit Park Ave has been offering a principal strength and conditioning program that is, by design, all-inclusive, broad and scalable.

Based around group-oriented classes with experienced coaches, we employ the CrossFit methodology to meet your fitness goals, no matter what your background.

CrossFit's unique approach to training allows an individual to increase and improve capacity in the ten fitness domains: stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, cardio respiratory endurance, agility, accuracy, and balance.  Our programming is both constantly varied and intelligently designed.
